Your Mission

The Immigration Consultant will play a key role in client consultation, lead conversion, immigration guidance, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, client-focused, and capable of building trust while educating clients about legitimate immigration pathways and professional immigration representation.

We are looking for someone who already possesses the talent, communication ability, and industry understanding — and simply needs the right platform to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional immigration consultations with prospective clients
  • Explain immigration pathways for countries such as Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and other destinations
  • Educate clients on the difference between ethical RCIC-associated immigration services and unregulated/local consulting practices
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships throughout the immigration process
  • Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs
  • Handle walk-in clients, online inquiries, and follow-up consultations professionally
  • Convert leads into enrolled clients through proper consultation and guidance
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal processing teams and external partners when necessary
  • Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and visa requirements
  • Meet consultation and conversion targets while maintaining service quality
  • Represent the company professionally at seminars, events, and promotional activities
  • Ensure all communication remains transparent, ethical, and compliant

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Law, or related field
  • Previous experience in immigration consulting, visa counselling, sales, or customer relationship management is an advantage
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Ability to confidently explain complex immigration procedures in a simple and professional manner
  • Strong understanding of ethical immigration consulting practices
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with RCIC-associated organizations or international immigration processes is an added advantage
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
