The Immigration Consultant will play a key role in client consultation, lead conversion, immigration guidance, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, client-focused, and capable of building trust while educating clients about legitimate immigration pathways and professional immigration representation.<\/p>

  • Conduct professional immigration consultations with prospective clients<\/li>
  • Explain immigration pathways for countries such as Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and other destinations<\/li>
  • Educate clients on the difference between ethical RCIC-associated immigration services and unregulated\/local consulting practices<\/li>
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships throughout the immigration process<\/li>
  • Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs<\/li>
  • Handle walk-in clients, online inquiries, and follow-up consultations professionally<\/li>
  • Convert leads into enrolled clients through proper consultation and guidance<\/li>
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation<\/li>
  • Coordinate with internal processing teams and external partners when necessary<\/li>
  • Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and visa requirements<\/li>
  • Meet consultation and conversion targets while maintaining service quality<\/li>
  • Represent the company professionally at seminars, events, and promotional activities<\/li>
  • Ensure all communication remains transparent, ethical, and compliant<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Law, or related field<\/li>
    • Previous experience in immigration consulting, visa counselling, sales, or customer relationship management is an advantage<\/li>
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills<\/li>
    • Ability to confidently explain complex immigration procedures in a simple and professional manner<\/li>
    • Strong understanding of ethical immigration consulting practices<\/li>
    • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients<\/li>
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills<\/li>
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset<\/li>
    • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities<\/li>
    • Professional appearance and conduct<\/li>
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>
    • Experience working with RCIC-associated organizations or international immigration processes is an added advantage<\/li>
